Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end customer account lifecycle, including activation, quota settings, account suspension, and issue coordination.
• Collect and analyze customer and partner operation data; produce clear reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Monitor customer credit utilization and partner rebate execution; ensure accurate calculation and timely execution of incentive and discount policies.
• Coordinate post-sales service requests and follow-up actions to ensure non-technical issues are resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize operational workflows and enhance customer and partner satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field; detail-oriented with strong execution and communication skills.
• 1-3 years of related operations experience.
• Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency required (Mandatory). 
• Familiar with basic operations data handling and proficient in Excel or similar tools; able to produce clear data summaries.
• Strong customer service awareness, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn business operations in the cloud industry.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility, eager to grow in an operations role.
