<ul>1. Handle any confidential information and matters in highly professional and organized manner at any time during and even after your employment.&nbsp;
2. Assist in handling all matters pertaining to daily operation.&nbsp;
Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.&nbsp;
Organizing events &amp; conferences.&nbsp;
To assist in attending visitors, guests, and clients during functions/ corporate visits/ offsite meetings.&nbsp;
To attend and prepare minutes of operation meetings, and follow up with the necessary action.&nbsp;

Recruitment – posting job, screening incoming resume, and arranging interview.&nbsp;
Ensure all Operation Team / Outlet SOPs are effectively carried throught the Company. Business Development&nbsp;
Identify and secure new potential market o Search for suppliers / dealers contact o Liase with suppliers / dealers regarding collaboration T&amp;C (From start to end) o Prepare company profile / Proposal – for collaboration terms o Make appointment for meet up with suppliers / dealers with (when necessary)&nbsp;
Follow up necessary information after meeting Marketing research and necessary asistance to manager to an agreed market development strategy.
Provide solution based on market needs when necessary&nbsp;
Liase with designer, suppliers and mall leasing team and others for product development.&nbsp;
Any other additional ad-hoc tasks given by manager.&nbsp;
