<h3>Position Summary</h3>
The Production Technician plays a key hands-on role in the manufacturing of medical devices, ensuring that all processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict quality and regulatory requirements. This role involves operating equipment, performing assembly tasks, maintaining cleanroom discipline, and ensuring product quality throughout production.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Carry out daily production activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.</li>
<li>Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment, ensuring correct setup, calibration, and smooth operation.</li>
<li>Perform manual assembly, molding, cutting, bonding, or finishing processes as required by product specifications.</li>
<li>Handle medical-grade materials and components in compliance with cleanroom and hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Conduct in-process inspections to verify dimensions, appearance, and functional parameters of products.</li>
<li>Identify and report any process deviation, equipment malfunction, or non-conformance to supervisors immediately.</li>
<li>Record production data, such as quantities, batch numbers, and inspection results, in the appropriate forms or system.</li>
<li>Assist in machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and equipment changeover between batches.</li>
<li>Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices within the production and cleanroom area.</li>
<li>Adhere to cleanroom protocols — gowning, hygiene control, and environmental monitoring.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with QC, R&amp;D, and Engineering teams to support smooth production flow.</li>
