<p>As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our client's commercial and operational execution across Southeast Asia. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will support regional activities spanning Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, ensuring our sales pipeline runs smoothly and our client's engagements are well-coordinated.</p>

<p>This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced startups, especially in tech or consulting environments. You'll be involved in everything from proposal development to project logistics—working directly with our client's founders, engineers, and enterprise customers to keep things moving.</p>

<li>Manage and track the regional sales pipeline across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia</li>
<li>Support proposal writing, deal coordination, and client follow-ups</li>
<li>Coordinate internal operations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple geographies</li>
<li>Prepare polished decks, status updates, and operational reports for internal and external use</li>
<li>Identify and improve internal processes for better execution and scale</li>
