<li>Serve as the main liaison between customers and Ferummas’s technical teams.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term partnerships with MNC customers and key decision-makers.</li>
<li>Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.</li>
<li>Understand customer requirements and translate them into feasible manufacturingsolutions.</li>
<li>Manage customer feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution with internalsupport.</li>

<p>• <strong>C. Market Expansion &amp; Strategic Planning</strong></p>

<li>Work closely with senior management to plan and execute market penetration strategies.</li>
<li>Identify product segments within semiconductor components that align with company capabilities.</li>
<li>Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events related to semiconductors.</li>
<li>Provide market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to management.</li>

<p>• <strong>D. Internal Collaboration &amp; Support</strong></p>

<li>Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and Planning teams to ensure project readiness.</li>
<li>Review technical drawings and specifications with Engineering to ensure manufacturability.</li>
<li>Align customer expectations with production feasibility, cost structure, and delivery schedules.</li>
<li>Work with the costing and procurement teams to prepare accurate quotations.</li>
<li>Support project handover and ensure smooth communication throughout the orderfulfillment cycle.</li>
