<li>Organize &amp; manage department affairs (e.g. monthly sales meeting, prepare minutes of meeting, cascade relevant information to the team members)</li>
<li>Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory and etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review, Sales Budget and etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks, such as issuing purchase requisition, PI, indent order, quotation and others</li>
<li>Assist the sales team in the daily operations (e.g. follow up with customers on collection, highlight inventory level and handle “to-do task/ deadline” for the department)</li>
