Job Description

• Organize & manage department affairs (e.g. monthly sales meeting, prepare minutes of meeting, cascade relevant information to the team members)
• Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory and etc. 
• Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review, Sales Budget and etc. 
• Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks, such as issuing purchase requisition, PI, indent order, quotation and others
• Assist the sales team in the daily operations (e.g. follow up with customers on collection, highlight inventory level and handle “to-do task/ deadline” for the department)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent. 
• Have experience with SAP software, preparing reports by using Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint. 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently, timeline cautious, meticulous with high level of motivation.
• Must be able to speak and write in English. In addition, able to speak Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking client will be an advantage
• Willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
