Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To grow new customers (90%) focusing on business development into new markets in Malaysia while maintaining some enterprise accounts (10%).</li>
</ul>

Job Scope:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate a “hunter” mentality for acquiring new customers (90% of job scope).</li>
<li>Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted markets (Machine Building OEM, Electronics and Manufacturing companies) to generate new leads and opportunities.</li>
<li>Target clients and companies with specific R&amp;D capability within Manufacturing space, eventually branching out to Oil &amp; Gas and Chemical markets.</li>
<li>Hands-on and required to drive product presentations and technical demos with confidence.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, provide forecasts, and offer feedback to the General Manager for assessment.</li>
<li>Provide weekly reviews to the General Manager for reporting.</li>
<li>Explore partnership selling in Malaysia.</li>
<li>Adopt a sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales revenue.</li>
<li>Track record within B2B sales – especially in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sector a strong added bonus.</li>
<li>Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Technical acumen and effectively communicate technical concepts (able to work with internal application and technical team).</li>
<li>Organize training for vendors, distributors, and customers.</li>
<li>Stay informed about new product launches and acquire the necessary technical knowledge.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.</li>
</ul>
