<p>Automotive Technical Helpdesk role is to provide an advice and guidance to dealer technician for auto repair service diagnosis including follow-up and progressive update of each case, case escalation to appropriate level until assigned job complete and closure within agreed timeframe via email with service support ticket issue.</p>

<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform diagnostic, analyst of vehicle problem by using the diagnostic equipment</li>
<li>Perform diagnostic, analyst of diagnostic equipment</li>
<li>Provide advice/ guidance to dealer technician</li>
<li>Respond the email within timeframe set by company</li>
<li>Escalating of case to appropriate Level 2 support group</li>
<li>Update of progressive information for each case</li>
<li>Ensure follow up on ticket until closure</li>
<li>Complete assigned jobs within the specified time and to meet monthly efficiency &amp; KPI target</li>
<li>Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior</li>
