Job Description
- Handle all inbound calls related to hotel reservations, travel product information, and general inquiries.
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent service and accurate information.
- Provide relevant travel and tour information to ensure a convenient and smooth travel experience for customers.
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Cantonese and Mandarin.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates in Tourism & Hospitality who are interested in starting their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full training provided.
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts (weekday nights, full days on weekends and public holidays).
