Work Shifts: Morning Shift, Night Shift You will be required to work on Weekends &amp; Public Holidays depending on Schedule. Hospitality never ends.
Scope of work:
<ul>
<li>Handle inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in/out support, and guest requests via phone, WhatsApp and online platforms.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to guest complaints, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Encourage guest reviews, respond to feedback, and help maintain high ratings across all platforms.</li>
<li>Manage new bookings, amendments, and cancellations across Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, and other channels.</li>
<li>Communicate guest needs to operations, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth stays.</li>
<li>Support guests during urgent issues and escalate emergencies according to company procedures.</li>
</ul>
