<ul><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. This position is based at Muadzam.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Warehouse Operations Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of food products.</li>
<li>Lead all transport operations to deliver a cost-effective, high-quality service to outlets aligned to local transport regulations and accommodating the variables in demand.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards (GMP, HACCP and ISO22000)</li>
<li>Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes</li>
</ul>
<p>Inventory Control:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage inventory tracking systems and ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing products.</li>
<li>Ensuring stock management based on FIFO standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with production and procurement teams to align inventory levels with manufacturing needs.</li>
</ul>
<p>Team Leadership:</p>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational protocols.</li>
<li>Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p>Safety and Compliance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.</li>
<li>Conduct regular safety training and drills for warehouse staff.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>Process Improvement:</p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize warehouse layout and workflow.</li>
<li>Utilize technology and software to enhance inventory management and reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting and Documentation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.</li>
<li>Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance metrics to senior management.</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation related to food safety and compliance is up to date and accessible</li>
