<li>Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.</li>
<li>Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.</li>
<li>Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials to meet production targets and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily and weekly production planning meetings with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control).</li>
<li>Adjust production plans promptly in response to delays, equipment breakdowns, or changes in customer orders.</li>
<li>Track and report production performance metrics (output, efficiency, downtime, waste).</li>
<li>Work closely with the quality team to ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and audit purposes.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.</li>
</ul>
