Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide materials support for on-going production.</li>
<li>Liaise with Production Planner on materials requisitions and the issuance of purchase order (PO).</li>
<li>Review long lead time items for confirmed customer’s orders and releasing orders accordingly.</li>
<li>Release purchase orders for planner materials by ERP shortage report.</li>
<li>Follow up on PO confirmation, backlog and open PO.</li>
<li>Responsible to prepare monthly materials status report and feedback exceptions to Manager.</li>
<li>Perform physical goods receiving and system receiving; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out order</li>
<li>Attend to the any other duties as assigned to you by superior.</li>
</ul>

This job is for a Purchaser/Buyer who supports production by ordering materials and tracking supplies. You might like this job because you’ll work closely with production planners and stay hands-on with the receiving process.
