Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide materials support for on-going production.
• Liaise with Production Planner on materials requisitions and the issuance of purchase order (PO).
• Review long lead time items for confirmed customer’s orders and releasing orders accordingly.
• Release purchase orders for planner materials by ERP shortage report.
• Follow up on PO confirmation, backlog and open PO.
• Responsible to prepare monthly materials status report and feedback exceptions to Manager.
• Perform physical goods receiving and system receiving; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out order
• Attend to the any other duties as assigned to you by superior.

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least 2-5 years relevant working experience in metal or plastic injection environment.
• Conversant in English/ Malay, Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words. Positive, proactive, high integrity, good interpersonal skills
