Maintaining strict confidentiality is a critical part of your role.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Inventory &amp; Supply Management</div><ul><li>Monitor and record stock levels of raw materials and consumables.</li><li>Assist in coordinating with suppliers for material deliveries.</li><li>Organize and maintain inventory records (physical &amp; digital).</li><li>Report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Production &amp; Operations Support</div><ul><li>Assist in coordinating between production, warehouse, and logistics teams.</li><li>Help with scheduling equipment calibrations with vendors on time and repairs.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Miscellaneous Tasks</div><ul><li>Assist in organizing staff meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in office and production areas.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>
