🎯 Role Overview
A Solution Consultant at Homa2u bridges the gap between customer needs and the company's product offerings. Unlike a traditional sales assistant, this role requires a consultative approach — understanding the client's renovation or construction needs and recommending the right materials and packages.
<h4>📋 Key Responsibilities</h4>
Sales &amp; Consultation
<ul>
<li>Engage walk-in customers, leads, and prospects to understand their renovation or construction needs</li>
<li>Present and recommend suitable building materials, bathroom packages, and home finishing products</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs (showroom or on-site)</li>
<li>Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals</li>
<li>Close sales and meet individual/team monthly targets</li>
</ul>
Customer Relationship Management
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and developers</li>
<li>Handle after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally</li>
</ul>
Product Knowledge
<ul>
<li>Stay up to date on Homa2u's product range (tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, etc.)</li>
<li>Educate customers on eco-friendly and sustainable material options</li>
<li>Articulate the value of overstock/repurposed materials vs. standard retail</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Record sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or internal systems</li>
<li>Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management</li>
<li>Coordinate with logistics/operations for order fulfilment and delivery scheduling</li>
</ul>
