About Bloop Cosmetics

As Bloop Marketing &amp; Graphic Design intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing within the beauty industry. Working closely with our marketing team where you will assist in in conceptualising and executing both offline and digital marketing projects from digital campaigns to print and event collaterals—that resonate with our target audience, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in brainstorming, planning, and creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, and YouTube.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, themes, and concepts that align with brand values and resonate with our target audience.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Social Media Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Support in managing and maintaining Bloop Beauty's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and follower interactions.</li>
</ul>
Visual Content Creation:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing (web pages, articles, ads, social posts, emails) and print (brand collaterals, event collaterals) across a variety of assets (images, photos, video).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with design tools and software to edit photos, create graphics, and produce eye-catching visual content that reflects the Bloop Beauty brand aesthetic.</li>
<li>Prepare and adapt design files for both print and digital use.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Market Research and Trend Analysis:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Conduct research on beauty industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to stay informed about market developments and identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing content strategy and positioning in the market.</li>
</ul>
