<li>Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess job fit.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process. </li>
<li>Help gather and analyze recruitment data, preparing reports to optimize hiring strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing recruitment events and employee referral programs.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the talent pool to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.</li>
