Job Description

The position is responsible to promote and sell the products to the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, increase sales of existing products, expand the market for new products, and build and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with client.

Key Responsibilities
1. Detail/promote and sell your assigned products towards achievement of set
sales target/objectives in assigned territory

2. Provide clinical support including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
applications, wound dressing assistance, device setup and bedside guidance

3. Co-ordinate NPWT cases across hospitals, case reporting & documentation

4. Provide coverage of your assigned clients in your assigned territory as planned
by/with Management to generate new client, new product usage and/or
increase usage of existing product to achieve set sales target and business
objectives

5. Acquire competency in product knowledge to represent company in a
professional capacity

6. To conduct group presentation with the objective of propagating usage of
assigned product

7. Acquire Selling Skills/Interpersonal Skills competency to effectively
communicate key selling messages to generate sales and usage of your
assigned product

8. Any other relevant and reasonable duties not stated here that might come
about in your line of work

9. Follow-up cases with key client on product usage

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Allied Healthcare
• Experience in would care. ICU experience will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Self motivated, competitive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Positive working attitude, energetic, disciplined and good team player
• Must be able to travel, possess a valid driving license and own transport
• Monthly travelling to outstation for work, up to 50% of the time in the territory assigned
