Job Description

Job Purpose: To serve as a technical expert and relationship manager, ensuring healthcare professionals derive maximum benefit from the company’s products through excellence in training, support, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Clinical Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and product demonstrations for complex medical devices.
  • Training & Education: Design and conduct specialized training programs for clinicians and patients on the proper use of medical equipment.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting, ensuring prompt resolution of any technical issues.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to suggest product enhancements and modifications to the development team.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage sales administration, oversee inventory levels (stock takes), and coordinate product deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Execute special assignments and adapt to evolving business needs as directed by management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the medical industry.
