We are seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Senior ERP Sales Consultant with a strong interest in AI-powered business solutions. This leadership-track position is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives on closing complex enterprise deals, expanding new market opportunities, and shaping the future of AI-integrated ERP systems.
In this role, you’ll not only drive ERP solution sales but also actively promote AI-driven functionalities such as predictive analytics, business process automation, and intelligent reporting — transforming the way businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and execute sales strategies for ERP and AI-powered enterprise solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.</li>
<li>Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, business partners, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities, drive market development initiatives, and expand the client base.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams — including presales, delivery, and customer success — to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior consultants and contribute to talent development within the sales function.</li>
