They help businesses automate and digitalize the last-mile supply chain operations with a solution that includes route optimization, dispatch management, and automated customer notifications

The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to join our team as an individual contributor. The objective of this role is to drive growth and expand our enterprise customer base. This role involves owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to RFP management, product demonstrations, and deal closure. You will be the face of our solution to enterprise clients, showcasing how our platform can deliver measurable business value. This role involves the expectation of travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients across target industries and regions.
  • Sales Ownership: Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • RFP & Tender Management: Write and lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling, client-focused proposals.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver impactful, customized product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ strategic priorities, map their needs to our SaaS capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leads, and business decision-makers.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report key metrics using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and positioning.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or B2B software sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficient in reading, writing & spoken in English, Malay & Mandarin
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals. Have a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience leading RFP/RFI processes for large enterprise clients.
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging, value-focused product demos—both virtual and in-person.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, business processes & SaaS products.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, energetic, and self-starting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM systems.
