IGB Berhad (IGB) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the name of Dimensi Subuh Sdn Bhd on 1 June 2000. On 23 November 2000, the Company was converted to a public limited company, renamed as Gold IS Berhad on 31 January 2001 and subsequently changed its name to Goldis Berhad on 8 July 2005.
On 8 May 2002, IGB Corporation Berhad (IGB Corp) assumed the listing status of Tan &amp; Tan Developments Berhad (Tan &amp; Tan) following the completion of the merger between Tan &amp; Tan and IGB Corp. Post-merger, IGB Corp emerged as one of the largest property corporations in Malaysia.
In 2014, IGB made a voluntary general offer for the remaining shares in IGB Corp and became its parent company. In March 2018, IGB completed its effort to acquire IGB Corp’s remaining shares that it did not already own by way of a Scheme of Arrangement resulting in 100% ownership in IGB Corp.
The Group comprises two listed REITs—IGB REIT and IGB Commercial REIT—and a listed holding company, IGB Berhad, with a presence spanning across Asia, Australia, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom.
IGB Group’s core activities include property investment and management, investment holding, real estate investment trust management, as well as ownership and operation of malls, commercial buildings, and hotels. The Group is also involved in property development, construction, and the provision of engineering services. Beyond real estate, IGB has diversified investments in water treatment, education, convalescent care, and co-living spaces.

<li>Expiry Monitoring: Track policy expiration dates and coordinate extensions with insured parties when necessary.</li>

C. Motor Insurance (Company Vehicles)

<li>Renewal Coordination: Monitor Insurance and Road Tax expiry dates and coordinate renewals with subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Processing: Prepare Cheque Requisition (CR) for premiums/fees and arrange dispatch for road tax renewal.</li>
