Are you a passionate and driven individual eager to gain real-world experience? Imagic Esolutions Sdn Bhd is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team across various departments. This is your chance to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic work environment!

As part of the Administration &amp; Human Resources team, you will assist with various tasks related to Human Resources function including staff recruitment, staff onboarding, staff training and maintaining staff records, as well as employee relations.&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilites: 
<ul>
<li>Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing, scheduling and arranging for interview, handling pre-employment process on preparing staff card, laptop and etc.</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding process and coordinating orientation schedule for new employees.</li>
<li>Assist with sourcing and coordinating training and tracking training completion.</li>
<li>Assisting in organizing employee events and engagement activities to promote engagement and morale.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowance calculation.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and communication in line with the company’s business goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Assist for communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers, and other outside parties on HR related matters.</li>
<li>Office and administrative responsibilities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing necessary reports.</li>
<li>Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
