Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Human Resource professional(s) to manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, training & development, industrial relations, and office administration.

This role plays a key part in implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR and office functions.

 Two (2) positions are available. Candidates at Executive or Manager level are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, and training & development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including staff claims and salary payments.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and legal documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits programmes, including insurance and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely submission of all relevant filings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, manage the recruitment process, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office administration matters to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and other related duties as assigned. 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Executive level: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Manager level: Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role handling full-spectrum HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll management and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
