Job Overview
We are looking for motivated Human Resource professional(s) to manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation &amp; benefits, employee welfare, training &amp; development, industrial relations, and office administration.
This role plays a key part in implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR and office functions.
&nbsp;Two (2) positions are available. Candidates at Executive or Manager level are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compensation &amp; benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, and training &amp; development.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including staff claims and salary payments.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and legal documentation in a confidential and organized manner.</li>
<li>Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.</li>
<li>Administer employee benefits programmes, including insurance and staff welfare initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely submission of all relevant filings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, manage the recruitment process, and coordinate onboarding activities.</li>
<li>Identify and implement improvements to HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage day-to-day office administration matters to ensure smooth office operations.</li>
<li>Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects, and other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
