About Us

General IT Administration &amp; Support - Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, resolving issues related to computers, software, printers, and network connectivity, including email, VPN, and remote access. - Manage user accounts, system access, and email configurations while ensuring proper role-based access and enforcing password and authentication policies. - Respond promptly to IT helpdesk tickets, user complaints, and maintain smooth operation through regular updates, patches, and software configurations. - Track and manage software licenses, renewals, and ensure compliance with company IT policies and application compatibility. 
IT Troubleshooting &amp; Helpdesk Support - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including malfunctions, crashes, compatibility problems, and work with vendors for repairs or escalations. - Troubleshoot and maintain network connectivity, monitor LAN/WAN performance, and support VPN, remote access, and firewall configurations. - Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, recommend upgrades, and maintain an incident log to track recurring issues and ensure long-term resolutions. 
IT Asset Management &amp; Inventory Control - Maintain an up-to-date IT asset register, labeling and documenting all hardware, software, and licenses assigned to employees. - Conduct regular audits, manage equipment lifecycle including configuration, deployment, replacement, recycling, and assist in purchasing based on company needs. - Provide cost estimates and recommendations for upgrades, and collaborate with Finance and Procurement to ensure budget compliance for IT expenditures. 
Website, Server, Network &amp; Security Management - Maintain website uptime and performance, apply updates and fixes, monitor server health, optimize performance, and collaborate on content and feature updates. - Data Backup and Recovery: Manage regular data backups, test disaster recovery plans, and ensure reliable cloud storage integration and accessibility. - Network Security and Compliance: Configure firewalls, enforce security policies, implement MFA and endpoint protection, educate users on cybersecurity, and ensure compliance with PDPA, GDPR, and internal IT policies. 
System Maintenance, Documentation, and Event IT Support - Regularly apply security patches, software updates, and OS upgrades to maintain system performance and ensure critical applications are current. Use monitoring tools for detecting issues, conduct capacity planning, and recommend infrastructure improvements. - Maintain thorough documentation of IT issues, create user guides, and generate reports on system health, compliance, and performance for management. Coordinate and support internal and external events by setting up, testing, and maintaining IT and AV equipment, ensuring all systems function properly before, during, and after events. - Collaborate with production teams, venue staff, and vendors, provide technical support, follow security protocols, and manage IT inventory to ensure seamless event execution.
