You will provide expert technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in product demos, training, and promotional activities to ensure customer success and product adoption.

Job Scope &amp; Responsibilities:
Customer Support
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support to customers addressing inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and best practices for the industrial tablets.</li>
</ul>
Product Promotion
<ul>
<li>Assist the sales and marketing teams by acting as a product expert,creating technical documentation, and participating in customer demos and tradeshows.</li>
</ul>
Training
<ul>
<li>Conduct training sessions for customers and partners on the proper use and maintenance of the tablets.</li>
</ul>
