Role Overview:
As the Finance Manager at Inchz Engineering, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the organization's fiscal health across the region. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, compliance, budgeting, and reporting, combined with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to support business strategies.
Job Responsibilities:

<li>Direct and oversee all financial activities of the region.</li>
<li>Track financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement</li>
<li>Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company</li>
<li>Responsible for monthly close process</li>
<li>Responsible for various balance sheet accounts reconciliations</li>
<li>&nbsp;Audit and Compliance</li>
<li>Manage the preparation of the company’s financial accounting to ensure compliance with latest local accounting standards, taxation regulations, internal company policies and group accounting policies</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance local tax regulations and completion of any necessary tax returns (withholding taxes, corporate taxes)</li>
<li>Coordinate yearly audit and external auditors and tax agents relating to the preparation of the financial account and tax matters</li>
<li>Support the regions by attending to audit queries and deliver audit requests to ensure they meet all submission timeline</li>
<li>Review and prepare statutory financial statements</li>
<li>To ensure the control environment is robust, e.g. effective segregation of duties, eliminating the risk of fraud or collusion (internal and external) in areas of spending.</li>
<li>Budget and forecasting</li>
<li>Assistance with preparation and reporting of Monthly Forecasting and Annual Budgetary data</li>
<li>Implementing budgetary and expenditure control measures that are aligned with business objectives as well as formulating and implementing financial and accounting policies</li>
<li>Reporting</li>
<li>Preparation and presentation of financial statements, management reports, financial analysis and projects in addition to adhoc reporting</li>
<li>Responsible for timely reporting of monthly/quarterly financial information, including preparation of financial reports and relevant disclosures</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and consolidation;</li>

<li>Oversee the work of a Account Executive</li>
<li>Supervise controls for accounting procedures and systems and recommend areas for improvement to ensure cost efficiencies</li>
<li>Provide accounting and finance advice and support to operating units as and when necessary</li>
<li>Observe accounting policies and operating procedures and propose improvements where necessary</li>
<li>Participate and provide financial leadership to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management in the execution of business strategies</li>
