Our Culture 

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong engineer to take ownership of car park system deployment, site reliability, and operational performance. You will lead installations, ensure high system uptime, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>
Project Delivery &amp; System Setup
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end installation of car park systems from site survey to handover</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, ISP, and payment gateway providers</li>
<li>Prepare technical layouts, system designs, and implementation plans</li>
<li>Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and project completion</li>
</ul>
Site Operations &amp; Reliability
<ul>
<li>Conduct daily site checks and system monitoring</li>
<li>Supervise on-site staff and contractors</li>
<li>Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, lighting, signage, and equipment</li>
<li>Maintain safe, clean, and fully operational site conditions</li>
</ul>
Preventive Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Execute scheduled maintenance and system inspections</li>
<li>Maintain hardware, network connectivity, and system performance</li>
<li>Identify risks early and submit maintenance reports with recommendations</li>
</ul>
Corrective Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Respond to system breakdowns and on-site issues</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and restore hardware/network functionality within SLA</li>
<li>Replace faulty components and escalate backend/software issues when required</li>
</ul>
