<li>Oversee a slate of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied on all video productions.</li>
<li>Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure webcast projects are appropriately funnelled to the appropriate resource(s).</li>
<li>Actively lead and manage the production of video projects and ensure their timely delivery</li>
<li>including.</li>
<li>- Supervising the brainstorming, concepting, scripting, idea development activities</li>

<li>Develop and leverage relationships with the clients and talents.</li>
<li>Manage, process, and respond to a high volume of incoming client requests for video production.</li>

<li>Understand and predict video and event production to properly align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected or required budget parameters. This understanding should extend to all aspects and executions of video production from large events, one-man band, guerrilla production to network television including scripting, casting, art direction, talent direction, location scouting, wardrobe, hair &amp; makeup, on-location or in-studio production.</li>
<li>Ensuring content is developed properly and is of an acceptable quality to be presented in our video.</li>
<li>Continually push to raise the bar for the quality and production value of the video content that we produce for clients and in-house.</li>
<li>Manages the staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to find creative solutions to execute lower budget event productions, town halls.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to produce high budget event and video projects as well.</li>
<li>Resolve elevated/prolonged client service/production issues on a project level.</li>
<li>Able to work long hours whenever required (i.e. during urgent campaigns/events, pushing out a time sensitive video for editorial or sponsored purposes, etc.).</li>
</ul>
