<li>Handle end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and PCB tax.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance by staying updated on statutory regulations and submitting EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB on time.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate payroll records and employee master data.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Safeguard all payroll information with strict confidentiality and data protection practices.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.</li>
<li>Communicate payroll status clearly and respond to client inquiries.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with payroll systems, HCM tools, and industry trends.</li>
<li>Use strong analytical skills to resolve complex payroll or system issues.</li>
<li>Support payroll audits with accurate documentation.</li>
</ul>
