Job Description
- Advise and assist customers with product information and order inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and assist with order placement.
- Key in new orders and update order status in the system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and payment status.
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries.
- Liaise with customers on delivery dates and order progress.
- Check customer-submitted artwork to ensure print-ready format.
- Coordinate and support cross-team communication within the company (sales, design, and production).
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of printing, design, or production process is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
