The Job:

• Responsible for the overall direction and control of all financial matters, which include financial and management accounting, tax, budgetary control, treasury management, financial planning and tax planning.
• Manage the company’s treasury functions, ensuring optimal liquidity and investment strategies.
• Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to optimize the company’s financial position.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and financial policies that impact the business.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and financial consultants to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Develop and prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to drive business performance.
• Assist in setting financial goals and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances to ensure financial stability and growth.

Job Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial management.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively liaise with global counterparts.
• Some knowledge of tax compliance and international financial regulations.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
