• Assist in planning, coordinating, and following through project activities to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Support project documentation, drawings, reports, and records with a meticulous and organised approach.
• Help monitor project schedules, materials, and progress, applying effective time management skills.
• Participate in site activities and meetings to gain hands‑on experience in project execution and coordination.
• Stakeholder management with China vendors which required native speaker

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Final year student with no plan to further study at internship
• Good communication skills (spoken and written) to work with customers, project teams, and supervisors.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive working attitude.
• Good time management and follow‑through, able to handle assigned tasks responsibly.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Focuses on project management, workflow, scheduling, and optimisation
• Emphasises cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and people
• Strong alignment with time management, coordination, and process control
