Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Payroll Department in collecting, organizing, and analyzing payroll-related data.
• Prepare statistical reports and summaries on payroll, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other employee-related information.
• Support the team in identifying trends, discrepancies, and unusual patterns in payroll data.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll analysis and management reports.
• Maintain and update payroll databases, spreadsheets, and statistical records accurately.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll information

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or any related field
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
