<li>Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS).</li>
<li>Produce engaging content including captions, short-form videos (Reels), carousels and stories aligned with each brand’s identity.</li>
<li>Support the development of content calendars and ensure consistent posting.</li>
<li>Monitor engagement on social media channels.</li>
<li>Research trending topics, formats and competitors to generate fresh content ideas.</li>
<li>Assist in basic performance tracking and reporting (engagement, reach, growth).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns and marketing ideas.</li>
<li>Work closely with the team to ensure all content meets brand guidelines and client expectations.</li>
