Job Description
- Assist in managing and growing our social media accounts and selected client accounts.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Produce engaging content including captions, short-form videos (Reels), carousels and stories aligned with each brand’s identity.
- Support the development of content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor engagement on social media channels.
- Research trending topics, formats and competitors to generate fresh content ideas.
- Assist in basic performance tracking and reporting (engagement, reach, growth).
- Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns and marketing ideas.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all content meets brand guidelines and client expectations.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Familiar with major social media platforms and how content performs on each.
- Good communication and writing skills in English (Chinese is a bonus).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive in contributing ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is an advantage.
