 What You’ll Do
As a Guest Experience Intern, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming players to Urban Pickle, helping create a fun and inviting atmosphere. This internship is perfect for learning customer service, teamwork, and event support while being part of KL’s exciting pickleball scene. Your key responsibilities include:  

• Greet Customers: Welcome players with a warm smile, answer basic questions, and help them feel at home.  
• Sell Products: Assist with selling water, pickleball balls, and other small items at our shop, keeping things organized.  
• Reschedule Bookings: Help customers reschedule court bookings if rain interrupts play, ensuring a smooth experience.  
• Support Events: Pitch in during fun events like tournaments or “Pickle & Pizza Nights,” helping with setup and guest support.  
• Learn & Grow: Shadow team members, assist with light administrative tasks, and soak up knowledge about running a community-focused club.Who We’re Looking For
