The key job scope includes:

• Assist Senior to process PR & issue PO for suppliers.
• Assist in follow up with suppliers for PO to ensure supplier on time delivery of goods.
• Assist in confirming and feedback to senior regarding delivery date and quantity of goods.
• Assist in confirming the outstanding PO and stock balance to ensure sufficient stock.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates should be open to working in Penang Nibong Tebal.
• Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications are necessary.
• Commitment for a minimum of months (starting from March 2026).
