Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and related delivery documentation.
• Support day-to-day finance and administrative operations.
• Perform data entry and ensure accurate and timely record updates.
• Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring all supporting documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and other required documentation are properly attached in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order status.
• Assist in coordinating and arranging deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum SPM, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in accounting software, with knowledge of AutoCount being an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and able to multitask effectively.
• Performance-driven with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate well within the department.
• Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
