<li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the transportation operations.</li>
<li>Safety Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of transportation facilities, vehicles, and operations to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Training and Development: Develop and deliver safety training programs for all employees, focusing on safe driving practices, emergency response procedures, and equipment usage.</li>
<li>Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of accidents and incidents to determine root causes, compile reports, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>Safety Policies: Develop, review, and update safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all staff.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Collect and analyze safety data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and track safety performance.</li>
<li>Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate and participate in emergency drills and preparedness training to ensure readiness for potential emergencies.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with management, operational staff, and external regulatory bodies to promote safety initiatives and maintain open lines of communication regarding safety concerns.</li>
