Job Description

 

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, working to understand their needs and find the best solutions
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our processes
  6. Participate in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

 

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
