<p><strong><em>Primary duties:</em></strong> (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)</p>
<ul>
<li>Work collaborating with internal and external customer to ensure on-time deliveries.</li>
<li>Attending sales &amp; marketing and market product meeting and training.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and identifying sales opportunities and follow up customer to place orders.</li>
<li>Maintain relations with current customers.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers (thru e-mails, faxes, etc.).</li>
<li>Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).</li>
<li>Fulfill existing customers’ needs and wants</li>
<li>Liaise and coordinate with internal departments.</li>
<li>Assisting in marketing activities such as overseas exhibition</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Secondary duties:</em></strong> (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)</p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit.</li>
<li>Update and maintain price list of new, existing and potential customers.</li>
<li>Attend events or exhibitions.</li>
<li>Send the customer survey form to existing and new customers and analyze the data.</li>
<li>Follow up new project (new item) progress.</li>
<li>Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required.</li>
<li>Perform shipping related jobs as required.</li>
</ul>
