We are seeking an experienced, high-energy enterprise software sales professional with a proven track record of over-achievement. You will represent Joget and drive the revenue in the Global 1K companies and find new opportunities to expand within existing customers so you must be a closer who is also an effective prospector.&nbsp;
You are responsible for developing your region through your network, proactively and efficiently managing resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around sales opportunities to drive robust pipeline, growth, and deal closures in your region.&nbsp;

Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Interacting, influencing, and developing relationships with individual contributors, mid-level management and the C-suite, to drive their digital transformation strategy with market-leading enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Build and execute Go to Market Strategy for the Joget platform and grow the Joget footprint in your assigned territory.</li>
<li>Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.</li>
<li>Secure new logo customers and expand existing customers.</li>
<li>Hyperfocus on identifying pain in a customer’s environment and developing a business-oriented point of view that compels them to act to solve for it.</li>
<li>Continuously “connect the dots” within your account base to create executive alignments and develop broad relationships and engagement across targeted teams and leadership.</li>
<li>Prioritize opportunities and coordinate your internal team to provide the best customer experience and ensure 100% satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Joget to potential clients. Articulate product features, benefits, and value proposition effectively.</li>
<li>Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.</li>
<li>Dedication to conducting pipeline generation and account research.</li>
<li>Dedication to driving focus and execution around post sale.</li>
