Note: This is a remote work position.

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities for Joget in the US, Europe, Middle East, and India markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and proven experience in B2B product sales, lead generation, cold calling, and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential customers across target markets (US/Europe/Middle East/India).
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and hand over to senior sales/account executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure structured lead nurturing.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Document all outreach, meetings, and follow-ups with accuracy for seamless tracking.

Job Requirements

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in inside sales or B2B lead generation, preferably in product selling (SaaS/IT/Technology).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (US/Europe/Middle East/India).
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
