Job Description
We’re looking for a Tech Operations Executive to support and streamline our technical workflows. This role blends hands-on operational support with software testing and quality assurance. You’ll work closely with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure our systems run smoothly and our software is thoroughly tested before release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain internal systems, tools, and dashboards.
- Assist in software testing: execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality before launches.
- Work with Customer Support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and test coverage.
- Help document test plans, bug reports, and release notes.
- Coordinate software updates, system configurations, and minor deployments.
- Assist in automation and streamlining of operational workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate reports as needed.
- Support onboarding by setting up tools and access for new merchants.
