OVERVIEW 

We're seeking a passionate and driven Presales Consultant (Generative AI) to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses leverage the power of generative AI. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our AI solutions can solve them. If you're excited by the rapid pace of AI innovation and love a good challenge, this role is for you. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Prompt Engineering: Design, develop, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) on cloud platforms to achieve specific client objectives and outcomes. 
• Solutioning: Collaborate with our technical and sales teams to craft compelling AI solutions that address client needs. You'll be the bridge between what the technology can do and what the client needs. 
• Client Presentations: Confidently present technical solutions and demonstrate the value of our generative AI offerings to clients and stakeholders. 
• Research & Development (R&D): Stay on top of the latest developments in the generative AI space. You'll conduct R&D to explore new models, tools, and techniques to keep our solutions innovative and effective. 
• Use Case Development: Brainstorm and develop new, creative use cases for generative AI across the banking industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Diploma in FinTech/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Financial Engineering/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or a related field. 
• Basic Understanding of Generative AI: You should have a foundational knowledge of what generative AI is, how it works, and its key concepts (e.g., LLMs, tokenization, a basic grasp of model architectures). 
• Hands-on Experience with Gen AI Tools: You are an active and frequent user of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or other similar applications. You understand their capabilities and limitations. 
• Excellent Communication Skills: You are comfortable presenting to an audience and can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a creative thinker who enjoys tackling new challenges and finding innovative ways to apply AI to real-world business problems. 
• Eagerness to Learn: The field of AI is always changing. We're looking for someone who is genuinely curious and motivated to learn and adapt quickly. 

Successful candidates will be required to work at Bangsar South area and may be required to travel as and whenever required.
