About Us

Responsibility
Production Department
- To ensure on time &amp; accurate updating of ‘RM Calculation’ for each production work order.
- Data entry of production work order to ERP system including Assembly Order, Assembly Issue &amp; Assembly Receipt.
- Scan &amp; filling of finalized work order, both softcopy &amp; hardcopy.
- To coordinate with Production, Maintenance &amp; scrap collectors for scrap collection.
- To ensure on time updating of workers’ overtime and attendance record in the server.
- To prepare weekly RM &amp; PM stock report.
- To issue PR according to information provided by Production Manager.
- To follow up on the ETA / receiving of local ordered RM &amp; PM
- To issue PR for the spare parts, PPE &amp; consumable according to information of Production/Maintenance/QA Assistant Manager
QA Department
- To ensure on time &amp; accurate updating of MIDA report.
- To ensure on time &amp; accurate updating of M3 report.
- Updating of product cold sample data.
Maintenance Department
- To closely monitor the stock of LFO &amp; update daily on the Production Office white board.
- To obtain LFO quotation from supplier and issue PR for the LFO.
- To coordinate with Maintenance Executive on the delivery of LFO.
Others
- To monitor, coordinate &amp; order the pantry items for factory.
- To monitor the stock of A4 paper.
- To monitor &amp; upkeep the condition of Photostat machine.&nbsp;
- General Administration work of factory’s office.
- Monthly stock count for RM &amp; PM.
- Other responsibilities that delicate from time to time.

General administration and computer knowledge&nbsp;
