Job Description

• Promptly address walk-in customers, their inquiries, and any issues they may have
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Support the processing of cash sales and credit billing using the SAP system
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the showroom's stock
• Help manage the store's cash flow and aid in the preparation of weekly collection reports

Job Requirements

• Applicants should have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates must be prepared to work at the Karcher Glenmarie Branch.
• The internship duration should be a minimum of 3 months.
• Extension of the internship can be discussed if necessary.
• Requires strong customer service abilities.
• Availability to begin immediately is preferred.
