IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY !!
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNTING FULL SET)
SALARY - RM3.5K - RM4.5K (depends on experience)
Financial Transactions: Prepare and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with precision and timeliness.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Team Support: Provide valuable assistance to the finance team and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient accounting practices, contributing to the overall effectiveness of financial operations.
Financial Reporting: Handle month-end and year-end report closings, preparing accurate and timely financial statements and documents.
Accounting Operations: Manage full sets of accounts and statutory reports independently, demonstrating your expertise in various accounting functions.
Financial Analysis: Assist in budget forecasting and conduct insightful analysis of P&amp;L and balance sheets.
Tax Compliance: Manage tax matters, including computations, estimates, and timely filings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Job Requirement :-

<li>Candidates must posses LCCI @ DEGREE in ACCOUNTING</li>
<li>Candidates must be EXPERIENCED working in accounting field for 1 YEAR OR MORE.</li>
<li>Candidates must be EXPERIENCED in SQL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM </li>
<li>Candidates must be EXPERIENCED in WPS,MICROSOFT EXCEL &amp; WORD</li>
<li>Candidates must fluent in MALAY,ENGLISH AND MANDARIN (added advantage) in both speaking and written.</li>
</ul>
