SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE PROCUREMENT (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To assist Procurement Manager to translate the product forecasts and customer order into purchasing plan.</li>
<li>To negotiate for best price and terms.</li>
<li>To monitor all the incoming material delivery/shipment to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>To plan and avoid supply interruption at calculated risk.</li>
<li>To co-ordinate alternate sourcing.</li>
<li>To facilitate resolution if an issue arises between the company and supplier.</li>
<li>To support company ISO certification and surveillance.</li>
<li>To lead/participate in cost-saving and quality improvement initiative.</li>
