We are leading agribusiness group in the Asia Pacific Region and our business activities include agrochemicals, fertilizers and processed food manufacturing and distribution, oil palm, and tropical fruit plantations and real estate development. SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE PROCUREMENT (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• To assist Procurement Manager to translate the product forecasts and customer order into purchasing plan.
• To negotiate for best price and terms.
• To monitor all the incoming material delivery/shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• To plan and avoid supply interruption at calculated risk.
• To co-ordinate alternate sourcing.
• To facilitate resolution if an issue arises between the company and supplier.
• To support company ISO certification and surveillance.
• To lead/participate in cost-saving and quality improvement initiative.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Agrochemicals.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous with logical thinking.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
