This includes obtaining customer- and country-specific documentation, completing formalities in SAP, conducting import/export compliance checks, coordinating with freight forwarders, and managing dispatches to distribution depots. A strong understanding of export documentation requirements and country-specific regulations is essential, particularly for markets with strict compliance standards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2> </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage international import orders and logistics (transportation, compliance, documentation).</li> <li>Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouses, and material planners for shipment coordination.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with customs, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Verify and maintain accurate import documents (invoice, packing list, COA, permits, etc.).</li> <li>Handle billing verification, duty/tax reporting, and import declaration records.</li> <li>Identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and support special projects.</li> <li>Provide training on import procedures and maintain import schedule tracker.</li> </ul></div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2> </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related commercial discipline is advantageous.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in import/export, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.</li> <li>Experience in customs processes and regulations is a strong advantage.</li> </ul></div></p>
